VanillaX releases are published at github.com/ScappiDoo/vanillax. The Scappi X Studios repositories are on the ScappiDoo GitHub account.

The gameplay plugins are the X projects: NationsX, FactoryX, PassportX, CannonX and CavalryX. General tooling plugins for any Paper server are in the plugin shop.

Open an issue at github.com/ScappiDoo/vanillax/issues, or post in the VanillaX Discord. For anything about a payment or a licence, use the support page.
