Help with installing and using VanillaX.
Everything here is made by one person, so you are talking to whoever wrote the code. Most answers are below. If yours is not, use Discord for a quick answer or email for anything about a payment.

Ask in the VanillaX Discord. Good for setup help, bug reports and quick questions. Announcements for new versions go there first.
Join the Discord → Payments and keys[email protected]. Use email for anything about a payment, a licence key or a refund, and include your Stripe receipt. Answer within five working days, usually sooner.

I lost my licence key
Open My licence in the browser you bought with: it remembers every key used there. If it is not there, send the Stripe receipt (it came by email when you paid) to [email protected] and I will look the key up.
I moved my server to a new host and the plugin stopped
Each licence covers the number of servers shown on the plugin, for example a test server and a live server. A new host counts as a new server. Open My licence, pick the plugin, paste the key and press Reset my servers, then restart the new server. It activates on its next check.
The plugin says my licence is invalid
Check that the key in licence.yml in the plugin folder is complete, with no spaces at either end, and that it is the key for that plugin. The server needs to reach the internet once at startup to check the key. If the licence server is ever down, the plugin keeps running for 7 days on its last good check.
Windows warns me when I open the VanillaX installer
The installer is not code signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen shows a blue box the first time. Click More info and then Run anyway. Only do that with a file you downloaded from this site or from the VanillaX GitHub page.
VanillaX will not let me log in
That is expected for now. Minecraft has to approve VanillaX for Microsoft sign-in, and that approval is still pending. You can install it already; logging in and playing opens as soon as the approval comes through. It will be announced on the Discord.
Can I get a refund?
The rules are on the refunds page. Write to [email protected] with the date of the purchase and the email you paid with.
Can you make a plugin for my server?
Yes. Send a request on the commissions page and I will reply on Discord.
