The short version

The launcher works without an account and sends us nothing until you sign in. There is no tracking, no advertising and no analytics in the client or the launcher.

What we store when you sign in

• Your Minecraft username and UUID, so we know whose cosmetics are whose.
• What you own and what you are wearing.
• Your CoinsX balance and the record of how it changed.
• The date of your last daily reward and your streak.
• A creator code, if you enter one.

We never receive your Microsoft password. Sign-in happens with Microsoft directly, and your Minecraft token stays on your computer. Our server checks your identity with Mojang the same way a Minecraft server does.

Payments

When the store opens, payments go through a payment provider. They handle your card details; we never see them. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the amount.

CoinsX on the website

If you log in with Discord on the CoinsX page, we store your Discord id, username, display name and profile picture, your CoinsX balance and the record of how it changed, and the cosmetics you bought. If you use PurposeX while logged in, we also store how many actions you finished each day and the time of the last one, so we can count your CoinsX. PurposeX tells us only that you finished a task or a social action; it never says which one, and nothing from the "I feel bad" screen is ever sent. Without a login, PurposeX sends none of this.

Plugin licences

When you buy a plugin licence, we store the licence, the email address Stripe gives us for the receipt, and a fingerprint of each server that uses the licence. The fingerprint is a one-way hash of the server folder, port and host name; it does not contain your IP address.

Commission requests

To send a request you log in with Discord. We receive only your Discord id, username, display name and profile picture, and we store those together with the request you write. Each new request is also posted to a private channel on our Discord server so we can answer it.

What the website stores

No cookies and no tracking pixels. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and cannot follow you to other sites. It tells us how many people opened a page, which page they came from, the country and the browser type. It never tells us who you are. Your browser keeps up to three things in local storage: your login session if you logged in with Discord, licence keys you used on the licence page, and, if you use PurposeX, your PurposeX streak, last active day, today's action count and the two-letter code of the country it last detected. The PurposeX data never leaves your device. To show the right crisis line, PurposeX asks our host which country your connection comes from; that is worked out by Cloudflare from the connection and nothing about it is stored. Logging out or clearing site data removes all of it. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time.

Who else sees your data

• Mojang and Microsoft, when your account is verified.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the account database.
• The payment provider (Stripe), for plugin licences.
• Discord, when you log in with it and when a commission request is posted to our private channel.

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Write to [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your cosmetics and your CoinsX balance, and that cannot be undone.

Children

If you are under 13, ask a parent before signing in. We keep no more data than the list above for anyone.
