A mention with the ping alert

What it does

Type @Name in chat and that player gets a highlighted message, an action-bar flash and a two-note chime, so nobody misses being called.

@mention detection with a highlight style you choose
Sound and action-bar alert for the player you ping
/pingtoggle to opt out
Cooldown with a bypass permission
Blacklist of names that can never be pinged
Tab-complete player names after @
